Statement of Faith

God is our Creator who created all the universe and made us in His image. (Gen. 1:1, 27)
Jesus Christ is God’s Son who was sent to redeem man from his sin by dying on the cross and resurrecting the third day, bringing us into a relationship with the Father. (John 3:16; I Cor. 15:3-4)
When Jesus Christ left earth He left us the Holy Spirit to dwell within those who believe. (John 14:16; I Cor. 6:19-20)
The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is what we are to live by and what we will be judged by. (II Tim. 3:16-17; II Cor. 5:10)
Jesus is the head of the church, and it is made up of those who accept His call through baptism. (Acts 2:46-47; Col. 1:18)
Heaven and hell are real places where souls will be for eternity. (John 14:2-3, II Thess. 1:8-9)
Jesus Christ will come back again to receive us to Himself. (I Thess. 4:16-18)
We are saved by the grace of God, and we can do nothing to merit our own salvation. (Eph. 2:8-10)
